The food and the beverages are included in the cost of the ticket.
The boat will be supplied every day with beverages (alcoholic/non-alcoholic) and all the ingredients you need for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. You will follow the chef’s recipes to cook with your friends, living the whole boat experience, or if you don’t want to intrerupt the party, you can chose the extra option: Personal Chef.

No, but remember that storage space on the boats is limited so we recommend not choosing big luggage.

We only offer our festival wristband to guests who have booked the tickets prior to the event. Without the wristband you will not get access to the parties that we arrange throughout the week.

All payments need to be made via the booking profile by debit or credit card. The ESF’s default price is in Euros (€). If you choose to pay in another currency, the price listed will change depending on fluctuations in exchange rates.

After selecting your ticket, find the Extra-option “Personal Chef” on the website. Please take in consideration that the deadline for booking this Extra service is September 3rd.

The boats come complete with a full galley/kitchen inventory: fridge, stove, oven, sun awning, music player, some boats have TV, bedding.
For overnight we provide linen, doonas, blankets, towels.
All Boats have toilets, indoor shower and deck shower, safety equipment, first aid kit, indoor and outdoor lights.

Access to the Epic Sail Festival will be allowed for all participants, as follows:
– attendees that are vaccinated against SARS-CoV-2 virus, that have 10 days after the complete vaccine schedule
– attendees with a negative RT-PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 virus infection, that have been made in the last 72 hours
– certified negative result of a fast antigen test for SARS-CoV-2 virus infection made in the last 24 hours
– people that are in the period between the 15th and 180th day after confirmation of SARS-CoV-2 infection.

After purchasing the festival ticket, you will receive by email all the necessary information. If you have some preferences, please give us the name of the person that has the ticket confirmation on the e-mail and we will make sure you’re on the same boat.

Absolutely! For the EPIC CREW ticket we’ve assigned 8 spots on a boat, but there are boats with 10 spots available. Send us an e-mail at [email protected] and we’ll guide you in the process so you can be assigned to the same boat.

If you book your tickets separately and want to live on the same boat, you can send us an email to [email protected] with the booking IDs and we will do our best to assign you the same boat.

The boats are equipped with 3, 4 or 5 cabins.

The cabins are equipped with a double bed or two single beds.

Of course, the fun is for everyone. In addition, the skipper of each boat has the obligation to provide the necessary equipment to those who do not know how to swim.

During the event you can pay with any Mastercard or Revolut card, in Euro or Croatian Kuna, the currency of Croatia.

During the 7 days of the Epic Sail Festival, we will anchor in several locations where you can discover traditional restaurants, but also places where you can buy souvenirs or other extra services.

The marinas are provided with surveillance cameras, so that no one can have access except those who anchor there. The skipper has the obligation to permanently supervise the boat and to close it as long as no one is there.

Land parties are not postponed, and those on the sea can be delayed up to a few hours, depending on the weather conditions.

You can join any day, but it is necessary to buy the full ticket for the festival. The crew list is made by the Epic Sail Festival long before and must be sent to the naval authorities.

The route does not change, it is pre-set and prepared long in advance.

You can request a boat only for you and your friends, but it is necessary to pay the price of the whole boat.
